User Guide
The patient types his/her username in the field User and the password in the field Passwords. Your password is strictly personal, so we recommend that you keep it in a safe place and not share it with anyone.
WARNING
If you lose your password, it will not be possible to recover it. You will need to go to the facility in person or with a designated representative to collect the paper copy.
On first accessThe portal requires you to confirm your account with the information you'll be provided with, and then choose a new personal password of at least 8 characters. It's important to memorize your new password because it will remain the same for all subsequent logins.
In the list of reports it is sufficient press the download button to download the report in PDF.
This section allows you to access your medical reports directly online.
In order to view and print the results of all tests performed, patients and their doctors must have a personal password which must be requested from the BIELO+HUB staff. at the time of collection.
For security reasons, the password provided by BIELO+HUB is only valid for the first time you log in. The computer system will guide you through the steps required to change the password provided to one of your choice. Once changed, the password is permanently valid and can be used for subsequent exams.
When you were issued with the authentication credentials to access the online report service, it was submitted to you for approval the information pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 regarding the protection of personal data.
