Appointment Cancellation Policy
To ensure a timely and organized service to all our patients, the Bielo+HUB Outpatient Clinic has adopted an appointment management policy that includes the following:
Cancellations
You can cancel or change an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date by contacting the receptionist or sending us an email.
Late cancellations or no-shows
In the event of cancellation communicated on the day of the appointment, or in the event of a no-show without prior notice, a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the booked visit will be charged as compensation for the professional's time and for the impossibility of assigning the slot to other patients.
Payment methods for the penalty
The penalty will be requested via an electronic payment link sent by email after the missed appointment.
