General surgery is a branch of medicine that deals with the diagnosis and treatment of conditions requiring surgery and all post-operative medications.
Some minor procedures can be performed in specially equipped and authorized clinics and performed under local anesthesia by the surgeon, supported by appropriately trained nursing staff.
